JobMetrik sells digital Microsoft Excel downloads. Because digital products are delivered electronically, purchases are generally final once download access has been provided.

When we can help

If your file is defective, you received the wrong file, you were charged more than once for the same purchase, or you cannot access your download, please contact us through our Contact page. We will review the issue and may provide troubleshooting, a replacement file, or a refund when appropriate.

Before purchasing

Please review the product description and software requirements before ordering. JobMetrik workbooks are designed for Microsoft Excel. Compatibility with other spreadsheet applications is not guaranteed.
