Is this a physical product?

No. JobMetrik products are instant digital downloads. No physical item will be shipped. After purchase, you will receive a downloadable ZIP file containing a Microsoft Excel workbook and a README file.

Do I need a subscription?

No. Each JobMetrik calculator is a one-time purchase. There are no monthly fees, renewal charges, or subscriptions of any kind.

What software do I need?

JobMetrik calculators are designed for Microsoft Excel. Other spreadsheet applications such as Google Sheets or LibreOffice may open the workbook, but formulas, formatting, or features can vary after conversion. For the best experience, Microsoft Excel is recommended.

Can I change the included rates and prices?

Yes. All sample prices, labor rates, material costs, and service assumptions included in the workbook are editable examples only. The workbook is designed to be fully customized with your own business rates, costs, overhead, and target profit margin.

Can I use the workbook for multiple jobs?

Yes. Each JobMetrik workbook is reusable. You can use it to estimate as many jobs as you need for your own business.

How do I receive my download?

After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a download link. You can also access your downloads from your order confirmation page. The file is a ZIP archive containing the Excel workbook and instructions.
