These Terms of Service govern your use of the JobMetrik website and your purchase and use of JobMetrik digital products.
By accessing this website or purchasing a product from JobMetrik, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Digital Products
JobMetrik sells digital Microsoft Excel estimating, pricing, and profit calculator templates for service businesses. No physical product will be shipped.
After completing a purchase, you will receive access to the applicable digital download. You are responsible for having compatible software and a device capable of opening and using the file.
License and Permitted Use
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive license to use the purchased JobMetrik product for your own personal or business use.
You may customize the workbook for your own business, use it for multiple estimates or jobs, and use information generated from the workbook in your normal business operations.
You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, copy for resale, upload for public download, or otherwise commercially distribute the original JobMetrik files or substantially similar copies of them.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at checkout. Prices and product availability may change without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been completed.
Estimates and Business Decisions

Refunds
