Refund Policy

Because JobMetrik products are digital downloads, all sales are generally final once the file has been delivered or accessed.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, lack of use, or because the customer no longer needs the product.

If you experience a technical issue with your download, receive the wrong file, or the product is materially defective, contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.

If we are unable to provide a working version of the purchased product, a refund may be issued when appropriate.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
