Digital Product Policy

What you receive

All JobMetrik products are digital downloads. After completing your purchase, you will receive a downloadable ZIP file containing one Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) workbook and one README or instructions file. No physical product will be shipped.

Delivery

Your download link is delivered via email immediately after purchase and is also accessible from your order confirmation page. If you do not receive your download link, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

Compatibility

JobMetrik workbooks are designed and tested for Microsoft Excel. Other spreadsheet applications including Google Sheets, Apple Numbers, and LibreOffice may open the file, but formulas, formatting, or features may not function correctly after conversion. Compatibility with non-Excel applications is not guaranteed.

Permitted use

Each purchase is licensed for use by one individual or business. You may use the workbook to estimate and price jobs for your own business. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or publish the workbook or its contents in any form without written permission from JobMetrik.

Customization

All sample prices, labor rates, material costs, and assumptions included in the workbook are editable examples only. You are expected to replace them with your own business rates, costs, and pricing before using the workbook for customer quotes. JobMetrik is not responsible for estimates or quotes produced using the workbook.

No guarantees

JobMetrik workbooks are estimating and organization tools. They do not guarantee any specific business outcome, profit level, or job result. Results depend entirely on the accuracy of the information you enter and the conditions of your individual jobs and market.
