These terms apply to purchases and use of JobMetrik digital products. By purchasing or using a JobMetrik product, you agree to use it in accordance with these terms.

Digital products

JobMetrik products are downloadable Microsoft Excel estimating and profit tools. No physical product is shipped.

License and permitted use

Each purchase is licensed for use by one individual or business for its own internal estimating, pricing, and job-management purposes. You may make reasonable backup copies for your own use.

Restrictions

You may not resell, redistribute, share, publish, sublicense, copy for resale, or make JobMetrik files available to third parties without written permission.

Accuracy and business decisions

Sample prices, labor rates, costs, production assumptions, and other example values are provided for customization. You are responsible for verifying your own measurements, rates, costs, taxes, job requirements, and quote details before relying on any calculation.

No guaranteed results

JobMetrik provides estimating and organization tools only. We do not guarantee any specific profit, revenue, business outcome, or job result.

Professional advice

JobMetrik products are not legal, tax, accounting, insurance, engineering, or other professional advice.

Refunds
